WINTERFEST
Winter Fun for the Whole Family!
Sunday, January 26, 2020
11 am to 2 pm
at Rochester School’s Skatespace.
Join the fun at the Winterfest at Rochester on the last Sunday of every January from 11 am to 2 pm at the Skatespace next to the Rochester School on Route 100. Everyone from Rochester and all surrounding towns is invited. Open skating starts at 11 am and a pick-up hockey game begins at 1 pm. There will be sledding , snowshoeing, a nature walk, snow painting, a campfire, and other activities, with prizes for the kids. Free skate rentals, hockey sticks, snowshoes, and sleds will be available.
For those little ones that want to stay away from the chill, we will have indoor crafts celebratring the Chinese Lunar New Year. Kids also get a free lunch! We will have soup, chili, “pigs in blankets”, mac ’n’ cheese, etc. Also you can warm up with hot chocolate, coffee, tea and other drinks. Don’t miss a great time and the community celebration.
Please note–if the weather is bad, Winterfest will be cancelled.
