Each Year Rochester celebrates the Fourth of July:
CHICKEN BBQ and RAFFLE
Pierce Hall will be serving their annual Chicken BBQ dinner on the Park from 12:00 to 1:00. The menu will include ½ BBQ chicken, potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw, dinner roll and a cookie.
They will also be selling 50-50 raffle tickets in the park following the parade with the drawing around 1 pm.
4th of July 5K Trail Run/Walk
The annual 4th of July 5K Trail Run/Walk for adults and kids will start and finish in Rochester at the Riverbrook Park located next to the fire station. For further information and to register early go to www.runreg.com, or register in person on the day of the event from 7:30 am to 8:15 am. The race will begin promptly at 8:30 am. This family event is sponsored by Pierce Hall and the Ridgeline Outdoor Collective.
Parade starting Time: 11 am
Food, floats, after-parade festivities, fun and prizes for the kids.
