Pierce Hall Independence Day Dash

4th of July 5K Trail Run/Walk

The annual 4th of July 5K Trail Run/Walk for adults and kids will start and finish in Rochester at the Riverbrook Park located next to the fire station.  For further information and to register early go to www.runreg.com, or register in person on the day of the event from 7:30 am to 8:15 am.  The race will begin promptly at 8:30 am. This family event is sponsored by Pierce Hall and the Ridgeline Outdoor Collective.

Historical Book Club
Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 10:30. Pick up a copy of the current title and join us!
If you need an evening book club, we will repeat the title for an evening session if there is enough interest.

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten
is a free ongoing library-based program promoting parents reading to babies, toddlers, and preschool children.

Summer Reading for children, teens, and adults during regular library hours.  Tuesday & Thursday 12:30-7, Saturday 9-1. Summer programs and speakers are yet to be determined.

Rochester Farmer’s Market:
Friday afternoons, 3-6pm. June 8 thru October 5

The Rochester’s Farmer’s Market & Exchange is gearing up for the 2024 summer season beginning Friday, May 24 and running thru October4, from 3 in the afternoon until 6.  Rain or shine its a great way to start the weekend!”

This year Rochester’s Market & Exchange will feature local farm produce, products and meat, baked goods, crafts, art and more. “We’re looking for several diverse prepared food vendors, so you’ll be able to have a quick bite while shopping or pick up dinner on your way home.” according to the markets planning board. There are spaces available both by the day and the season at very reasonable prices.

Harvest Fair
