Effective July 1, 2024, The Vermont State Legislature made changes to the Vermont’s Open Meeting Law. As required by law, this page includes the State Statute as well as the Town of Rochester’s Open Meeting Law Violation Complaint Process.

Open Meeting Law Violation Complaint Process
Open Meeting Law complaints directed to the Town of Rochester must be filed with the town clerk by e-mail to townclerk@rochestervermont.org or by mail to PO Box 238, Rochester, VT 05767 using the Open Meeting Law Violation Complaint Form below:
